We currently ship across India using trusted courier and logistics partners
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location
Since many of our products are fresh and natural (fruits, vegetables, coffee), perishable items are dispatched promptly to preserve freshness
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your payment. Any free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped, by contacting us immediately after placing the order
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Due to the perishable and natural nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the item
Valid claims will be resolved through a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
